Taking the Tungsten Ring Plunge

I have been in a long lasting relationship with my girlfriend and we are ready to move to the next step, engagement. We talk about it all the time but I don’t think my girlfriend is expecting me to propose so early. Since she has a year left of school we talked about waiting till she’s done to take the plunge, but what she doesn’t know, is that I’m planning on proposing soon.

With all this engagement and proposal on the brain I got to wondering what type of ring I would enjoy. I have been worrying so much about her ring that I haven’t thought about myself at all. After online browsing I found a ring that is so unique. I have never seen such a thing and am wondering if it is to risky of a ring to wear for my wedding band? With black manly details and tungsten metal quality I think it’s just right. I would enjoy a second opinion…what do you all think?

The Perfect Watch for Him

What a perfect gift for any man. It’s a watch with a bottle opener  attached to it. I got this for my boyfriends birthday and he loved it. It seems like every time you would need a bottle opener, you can never find one. You can pick between a green, yellow, or brown face. I got him the brown faced watch and it looks really nice on him.

He wears this now, every time we go out to a friends place, or out to the lake, or even to some games we go to. It’s always a big hit with his friends and I think he really likes it. He wears it all the time, and really, who wouldn’t love a bottle opener watch. It comes and handy and it looks really nice on. You can’t even tell what it is, and it could pass for a regular nice wearing watch.

I like this design what do you think?

Christmas is fast approaching and I havent even let my girlfriend know what I would love to get as a christmas gift. I have been looking at Cobalt rings because I like the look of them. I have thought about telling my girl to either get it for christmas or maybe when we get married she can get me that ring.

I like the quality of titanium rings and the look of this cobalt chrome ring is something that I wouldnt mind wearing everyday. What do you think of this design?

Which one would you perfer when it comes to shopping ?

Many men would prefer a big Panasonic Plasma t.v versus mens jewelry but some would like the jewelry especially if  the gift is coming from a girlfriend or someone special. I dont know about some of you men but I think the jewlery would last longer. I guess it all comes down to what you perfer.

If you are planning on throwing lots of parties then I suggest getting the plasma t.v and having the girlfriend get you any of the mens jewelry you might want.

Is it to pretentious or to greedy to ask for two gifts instead of one ?

Are you debating wether to ask for a tool set or mens jewelry for your birthday? If it was up to me  I would ask for both. Call me greedy but I see the usage in both of them. I would need a tool set to keep up with the fixtures in the house and I would want nice jewelry to attract all the ladies.

I am sure my parents would by me the jewelry and most of my best buds would chip in for a nice tool set. Do you think  I am being to greedy by asking for both things for my birthday?
