Portable Ping Pong Set for Anyone

This was  a gift my nephew got from his grandma and grandpa. I thought it was the funniest thing! He brought it over to our house one weekend when we had to watch him, and he just took it right out of his back pack. It’s a portable ping pong set. It’s so easy to manuever around and to set up too. He just loves it and the kids had a great time playing with it.

Now, my kids want to get one and I think even my husband does too. Me and him played a few games and it was a great time. We were laughing so hard and it was a great night and weekend to spend with the family. I realized we need more game nights like this. I’m not going to make the kids play with us, but every once in a while it’s nice to put the electronics down and spend more time with the family.

Nerf Stampede

I LOVE Nerf guns, who doesn’t? Their latest model ramps up the ridiculousness and creates something truly awesome. Just like other big Nerf guns before, it uses a magazine full of darts. However, this one comes with extended magazines that can hold 18 darts each, more than enough space to hold all 60 darts that come with the gun. Unfortunately, the gun is powered by a D-battery, so if you find yourself out of juice, you’re screwed and are at the mercy of your enemies. But overall, I gotta say that I want this gun like right now.

Does that not make you want to go to Amazon and drop all your money on it? Well, hold up. You do know the cost is $300, right? But at least they give you the app to control it for free. The only app right now is to control it, but in the future, Parrot will be releasing some games that use it. I’ve also heard of open source libraries to control the aircraft. Yes, we love the kid in us so we thought we’d throw one more idea out to those interesting in getting a ton of toys for their kids but not breaking the bank. Although sales are great getting a deal on last year’s must have items is sometimes the key to holiday success! It’s Nerf…or NOTHING!

Seriously, kids love these toys and with the huge lack of exercise it’s great to pick up a toy that gets kids active.
